This is a mixed community of rental and residential dwellings with a community pool, Cabana and childrens playground. It is approximately 6 miles from Disney (10 mins) and close to all the other local attractions.
Within walking distance there is a bank, post office, supermarket, fast food restaurant and pharmacy. There are many restaurants on the US 192, just a five minute drive away. So everything you need is very close to hand.
