Convenient commute location near Rts 30/27/126, easy access to Natick/Framingham shopping, Logan Express, Mass Pike, 128. This is semi-private. You'd have to come upstairs to use the bathroom, and I'd have to come downstairs to do laundry and access storage - maybe once/week.

There's a commode on basement level and sink in laundry room for your use; shower available upstairs only. If you have plumbing skills, you can create a real bathroom down there - I'd pay for materials and knock off rent for your time. There's a half-finished area in basement (laundry room) where you can set up a small, makeshift kitchen (fridge, microwave).

Downstairs has its own heat zone. Common space: 3-season porch, garage (1 space available for you), laundry room with W/D, nice back yard, storage. Looking for male or female who is responsible, trustworthy, honest, considerate, and communicates openly when there are issues to resolve.

Someone who is reasonably clean, keeps common areas reasonably neat and clean. Also, I often work/play late at night, so someone who is not easily awoken by moderate-volume noise would be ideal. I have cats and they'd sure like to visit you, but not required - they can be kept upstairs.

Their presence would make it tough if you have a serious cat allergy. Please no pets - my cats would protest. Non smoker prefered.
