Scholarship Management Services®, a program of Scholarship America®, provides third-party administrative services on behalf of scholarship program funders. The scholarship programs listed below are open to students in the general public. Program eligibility criteria and application materials are only available at the sources listed below.
AXA Achievement Scholarship, sponsored by the AXA Foundation in association with U.S. News World Report, is open to high school seniors who plan to enroll in a full-time undergraduate course of study at an accredited two-or-four-year college or university in the fall of 2007.
Applicants must be United States citizens or legal residents and must have demonstrated ambition and self-drive as evidenced by an outstanding achievement in an activity in school, the community, or the workplace. Applications are available starting August 15, 2006 at www.axa-achievement.
com and must be submitted by postmark deadline December 15, 2006.
Best Buy Scholarship, sponsored by the Best Buy Children's Foundation, is open to high school seniors planning to attend an accredited U.S.
college or vocational school in the fall of 2007. Scholarships are awarded to students who volunteer time to their communities, excel in academics, and participate in extra curricular activities. The application must be completed electronically on-line; no paper applications will be accepted.
The application and directions will be available on the Best Buy website at bestbuy.com in January 2007. When the site is accessed, click the 'Community Relations' link on the bottom of the page.
Next go to 'Best Buy Programs' to open the scholarship link. The application submission date is February 15, 2007. No applications will be accepted after this date.
