WHITNEY HOUSTON is having a good old New Year clearout and you can bag one of her belongings. Hundreds of items are being auctioned off by an American storage centre after claims the troubled singer hasn t paid to keep her stuff safe since 2005.
Speed Of Sound applied for a court order to sell off The Bodyguard star after her company, Nippy Inc, reportedly failed to pay storage costs of 76,000.

Among the items being flogged are designer clothing from Whitney s 1999 tour My Love Is Your Love.
Even this snazzy TIMMY MALLETT-style jacket is up for grabs.
There s also a 150,000 grand piano, a keyboard, drum kits, concert stage set and sound equipment.

Lucky bidders can also drive home in a forklift.
The sale takes place next Tuesday morning at AJ Willner Auctions in Irvington, New Jersey.
Auctioneer STEVE NEWMARK said: "It's a warehouse full of stuff from her shows.

"There's some pretty personal stuff in there. Even her underwear is in there.
"I was marvelling at the waist of some of these clothes.

They were pretty small."
He continued: "The auction is open to the public, but only for qualified buyers. We're probably going to combine a lot of the individual items, like the costumes.

"It's not for a teenage fan hoping to buy one of her trinkets."
Whitney s spokeswoman NANCY SELTZER claims many of the items are "not needed any more."
She said: "She is selling equipment, as many artists do, that is out of date.
