5 bath contemporary for a HALF SHARE during the 06/07 Winter season. Our half share arrangement includes every other weekend from December 2006 (starting Dec 8th weekend) thru April 2007 plus 5 additional days (excluded are weeks between Xmas and New Years, and Presidents Week which are available at additional cost). The house comes with quest privileges to The Quechee Club.

The Clubhouse's multi-million dollar renovation was completed in the Summer 06.
