Over the past several years, I have been collecting inspirational movie quotes. Most of them have been collected from films watched while tolerating exercise on a treadmill. These quotes have been compiled into a book called Reel Life Wisdom.

These quotes are also published daily and delivered to people s emails and newsfeeds from the .

The premise of the book is that Your life is a movie, and you are its director and star. Your job is to make your life s movie legendary.

Approximately 600 inspirational movie quotes are combined with my own thoughts and organized into three key themes for making a great movie:

Define Your Character
- thoughts and quotes about personal development
Build Your Story - thoughts and quotes about choosing a meaningful life
Connect to Your Supporting Cast - thoughts and quotes about cultivating meaningful relationships.
This book is obviously a metaphor for proactive living. It supports my own strong belief that life is what you make it.

No matter what your life has been so far, you always have today and tomorrow to make your self, life and/or love more like you want it to be.
The book project has been very interesting. We have learned about writing/compiling a book and subsequently about book publishing.

We now enter the very challenging third phase - trying to connect to inspiration-seeking movie lovers who would enjoy Reel Life Wisdom themselves or would like to provide a unique gift to a friend.
Here are a few Reel Life quotes for your own enjoyment.
