We are looking for a roommate to share a 1915 Colonial with great, original details. The house is large with a formal living room, dining room, kitchen and TV room on the first floor.3 bedrooms and guest room on second floor. full basement with laundry and storage space as well as a walk-up attic. There is a full bath on the second floor and a 1/2 bath on the first.
We have wireless internet access and cable TV. The common areas are fully furnished. The bedroom available is unfurnished and has hardwood floors and large windows.
It has just had the floors refinished and the walls painted. You'd be sharing the house with two, young professionals. one male, one female, 32 and 25.
We work M-F, 9-5 and we both also take classes in our spare time. If it matters, we are not a couple. The house is close to parks, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, Rt.
1 and 128, the VFW Parkway, the bus and commuter rail. We are a short drive to the Dedham Mall and JP and Roslindale center. It is about 15-20 minutes to get to downtown Boston.
