So, it seems that all that hand-wringing over the demise of iTunes as the leader in digital music was a bit premature. And perhaps all that talk about Zune s rapid success and eventual dominance was a little overblown, too.
And in fact, the very opposite is true.
On Christmas, while many of us were trying on sweaters and digging for gift receipts, those lucky enough to have received a new iPod under the tree were browsing iTunes with the hopes of filling their new toy with their favorite songs and movies.
