Subscriber can be 7 Day, Weekend, or Sunday Only and must be a subscriber as of Friday, October 6, 2006. Only residents of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut are eligible to enter Newsday's AEROSMITH "LIVE IN LAS VEGAS (hereinafter the "Contest"). Entrants must be 21 years of age or older.
Employees of Newsday (the "Sponsor"), SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT, Southwest Airlines, their advertising or promotion agencies, parent companies, service providers, agents, officers, subsidiaries or affiliates, or any other persons or entities directly associated with the Contest (collectively, the "Contest Entities") and members of the immediate families of and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, are ineligible to enter the Contest. 2. HOW TO ENTER: Log onto www.

on Thursday, October 12, 2006 and 9:00 A.M. on Thursday, October 19, 2006 and complete the registration form.
Entrants must use their own names. Entries must be received by 9:00 A.M.
EDT Thursday, October 19, 2006. LIMIT OF ONE ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD AND PER E-MAIL ACCOUNT. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an e-mail entrant of the Contest, the entry will be deemed submitted by the e-mail account holder.
If multiple entries are received from the same e-mail account or address, only the first entry will be considered and subsequent entries will be disqualified. E-mail entries containing attached files are not eligible and will be rejected. The Contest Entities are not responsible for lost, incomplete, damaged, illegible, late, or misdirected entries, or for errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries.
By entering, contestants release the Contest Entities from any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for damages or losses to persons and property that may be sustained in connection with the contest entry, ownership or use of the prize. 3. PRIZES: One (1) Grand prize winner will receive a vacation package that includes: a) Two (2) round-trip airfares from an Airport in the New York metro area to an airport in the Las Vegas, Nevada vicinity via Southwest Airlines; b) Hotel accommodations for 5 days/4 nights (one room, double occupancy) for two (2) persons; c) Two (2) tickets for the Aerosmith concert at MGM Grand Arena, Las Vegas scheduled for Saturday, November 4, 2006; d) a harmonica autographed by Aerosmith e) One (1) CD copy of Aerosmith's "Devils Got a New Disguise: The Very Best of Aerosmith".
Approximate total retail value of the Grand prize is $1,900. In addition, a CD copy of Aerosmith's "Devils Got a New Disguise: The Very Best of Aerosmith"valued at $18.98 will be awarded to each of twenty-five (25) runners-up.
Travel must be completed November 1-5, 2006. Travel and concert subject to availability and change. Grand Prize Winner and guest must have valid ID to travel to Las Vegas winner chosen at random from among all remaining eligible entries.
Ground transportation, trip cancellation insurance, passport and visa fees (if any), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely the Grand Prize Winners' responsibility. Actual value of trip prize may vary depending on city/day/time of departure. Any difference between the stated value and the actual value will not be awarded.
Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration dates will not be extended, and tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will tickets be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold to a third party.
No substitutions are allowed. All prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash, credit or merchandise. The Contest Entities are not responsible for prize delivery delays or concert cancellation or schedule change for any reason.
No substitute prizes are available; however, the Sponsor may, at its discretion, award substitute prizes of equal or greater value. 4. DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION: A random drawing of one (1) entry from among a pool of all eligible entries received will be made on or about Tuesday, October 24, 2006 to determine the one (1) Grand Prize winner.
Thereafter, a random drawing of twenty-five (25) entries from among the pool of all eligible entries received will be made on or about Tuesday, October 24, 2006 to determine the twenty-five (25) runners-up. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone on or about Wednesday, October 25, 2006 between the hours of 1pm and 5pm. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
If potential winners cannot be reached by the e-mail addresses provided on the entry, or if they are found to be ineligible, or if they cannot or do not otherwise comply with these Official Rules, or if the winners are unable to use the prize(s), the next eligible entry chosen through a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received will be awarded the applicable prize(s). All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be returned. All decisions regarding interpretation of these Official Rules and administration of the Contest made by Sponsor are final and binding.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS: All Federal, state and local laws and regulations are applicable. All taxes (including, but not limited to, income taxes) are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
The Grand Prize Winners and their guests will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, a Publicity Release, and any forms required by relevant taxing authorities. ("Affidavit/Release"). If Grand Prize Winner's guest is under 18 years of age then his/her parent or legal guardian must be sign an Affidavit/Release.
Sponsor may provide an Affidavit/Release to winners and guests on arrival to pick up their tickets, or via fax. Winners must provide proof of age, identity and residency. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be chosen.
Return of prize, prize notification, or Affidavit/Release as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. Entry and/or acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities and their licensees and affiliates to use the winner's name, address (city and state) and/or likeness and the winner's photos of the band for advertising and trade purposes without further compensation, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known and hereafter devised, including without limitation on-line, unless to the extent prohibited by law. All entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules.
Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest and any person who does not comply with these Official Rules will be disqualified. Sponsor at its sole discretion reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest, without liability. Void where prohibited, restricted or taxed by law.
6. DISCLAIMERS: By entering, entrants agree to release the Contest Entities from any and all losses or injuries of any kind arising out of their acceptance/possession and/or use/misuse of the prize, participation in Contest, and from any technical malfunctions of the telephone network and/or transmission line, computer on-line system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, hardware, software, or any combination thereof, or any entries that are late (including delayed data transmissions), tampered with, garbled, incomplete, misdirected, lost, mutilated, delayed, corrupted, mechanically duplicated, illegible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants also agree that the Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage to an entrant or third person's computer system related to or resulting from Contest and its prize.
The Contest Entities are not liable for damage to a user's computer system in any way due to an entrant's participation in the Contest or downloading any information in connection with the Contest, including without limitation any server failure, lost, delayed or corrupted data or other malfunction. 7. INTERNET: If for any reason, the Internet-related portion of this contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, tampering, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause which corrupts or threatens the administration, security or integrity of the contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend the Contest or any portion of the Contest.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE FAIR AND LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM THE CONTEST. 8. GOVERNING LAW: This Contest shall be governed and enforced pursuant to New York law, excluding choice of law provisions.
9. RULES/WINNERS' LIST: For an additional copy of these Official Rules or a prize winner listing, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope specifying which you are requesting, to Aerosmith "Live in Las Vegas" Prize Winner Listing, 25 Deshon Road, Melville NY 11747. All requests for rules and winners lists must be received by October 27, 2006.
