Hi, I am looking for a roomate to rent a bedroom in a house. The house is located in the North Shore area.

House is furnished except for the bedroom being rented. If you have furniture I am willing to move some of my stuff if you wish to use it. Large living room, office (actually a dining room but used as an office)and brand new eat-in-kitchen with lots of cabinet space and dishwasher.

Good sized bedroom with large closet. The bedroom now holds a large bedroom set with a queen bed, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands and a entertainment stand. The house also has a full basement with a washer and dryer and room to store stuff if needed.

Large fenced in yard with screen house. Nice large pond in back yard with dock. We have a small boat and we water ski and tube and all that fun stuff.

The water is clean so you can swim in it. Great place to live in the summer time!!

I am a female in my 20's and I consider myself to be easy to live with. I am neat but at the same time I am not a neat freak. I have a beautiful yellow lab.

She is 2 years old and the coolest dog ever!! She is very relaxed and just chills around the house and is extremely lovable!

She never barks unless she hears someone near the house. She works as a great security system! A small pet may be negotiable depending on if she gets along with my dog.

There is very easy on street parking, however there is usually a spot in the drive way. There are 2 houses on the property and the other house is occupied by my mother whom is also the landlord. She is easy to get along with as long as the rent is paid.

There are three parking spots and will be three people so unless the landlord has guest there will always be a spot. We have no problems with parking in the winter. The apartment is in Lynn but in a very nice area.

It is very quiet and we have great neighbors! We are located right near 95, 128, Rt.1 so commuting is very easy.

Rent $1300($650/each)+ utilities. Available 11/01/06 (may go as late as 11/15-12/1 for the right person).
