Fans who've been searching for Green Day's out of print albums will have to wait a bit longer to get into the band's vaults.
Reprise Records, which originally planned to reissue 1039/Smoothed Out Slappy Hours and Kerplunk this month, bumped the re-releases onto its 2007 release schedule, pegging them for a Jan. 9.
The band's back catalog was a staple of Lookout! Records' catalog from their original release, in 1991 and 1992, respectively, until last summer, when the band pulled their masters, alleging the Berkeley, Calif. label wasn't making good on its royalty payments ( ).
