Federal laws have kept information about the death of an 11th victim of the Anderson Guest House fire from becoming public until now - although Charles Rodney Smith died last Sunday. His funeral was held last Wednesday. Smith was 42.
He got out of the burning building - his family does not know how - but had burns on 60 percent of his body. His stepfather says he had the mental age of eight and had lived at the Anderson Guest House for five years.
