My name is Tatsuya! I am looking for a roommate who is interested in living in a wonderful house and location in Somerville ASAP or November 1st.

The room rent is $625, hot water included, we share the utilities. We have 2 bed rooms, living room, kitchen in the 1st floor, and free washer and dryer in basement. The landlord is my host family and they live upstairs.

I had lived with them two years ago and they are very famous and professional family in Somerville. We have a garden on the back and we sometimes cook out! There is a beautiful park (Saxton Foss Park) and a river (Mystic River) near the house.

The house is in a safety and quiet area. 10 minutes walk to Sullivan Square (Orange line), #89 bus (Sullivan Sq, Davis Sq, Clarendon Hill), #80 bus (Lechmere, Tufts University, Arlington Center), etc, all connected to busses and trains! There are enough stores near the place, include food market, convenience store, liquor store, target, etc.

The floors are completely separated and you don't have to meet with the family but I'm sure that you'll like them. $1250 (first and last) required to move in. They usually don't rent the house for students and they need a security deposit, but we are in and NO security deposit at this time!
