So the days have blended together and now I have two days worth of things to tell you. Not a whole lot of new news, but there are a few tid bits that are worth mentioning.
Wren took his first solo steps today!

In the last week he has been standing at the wall while John or I are standing behind him a few steps away. Today was way different. I was on the phone with my mom and he was doing his cruz around the couch thing and then he all of a sudden started to walk out to the middle of the room!

! Go wren Go! He looked hilarious; his whole body was in flux doing the wave.

Then he just plopped down with a big grin on his face. I am glad that grandma was there for that moment, even if it was via Quest.
The other worthy piece of news is that john got a Cortisone shot into his spinal cord at S1 today.

This is to relieve the pain that his herniated disc is causing him. The doctors said this may do the trick or he may have to come back for shots two more times. We will just have to wait and see.

We are just glad that we found out what was wrong and are on a path to making it better.
So this is the THIRD night in a row that john has been home and I am feeling like a lucky girl! Normally when it is a non- girls week he works a lot at night because when they are here he tries to be home as much as he can.
