Queen Elizabeth has reportedly seen Helen Mirren's portrayal of her in 'The Queen' and has given it her tacit approval.
The British monarch has apparently followed up on her approval by inviting Mirren, who is likely to secure an Oscar nomination for her lead role in the film, along with producers Stephen Frears and Andy Harries and writer Peter Morgan to have lunch at Buckingham Palace early next year.
According to FemaleFirst.

co.uk, the queen's private secretary has already sent the invite and is awaiting the inevitable acceptance from the film's starring and production team.
However, it has not been disclosed whether the queen herself will attend.
