looking for person to share my home. house is in family neighborhood on side st. just 10 miles north of boston and minutes to beach and commuter rail.

house has 3 bdrms, livingrm, diningrm and large kitchen with sliders to deck and small yard. you get 2 rooms 1 for bdrm and 1 for some private space, and full house priviliges. w/d in basement and small storage space.

i own 2 house cats and work full time at local hospital. house is avail 11/1/06. rent is 525.

00 plus 1/2 utilities. looking for 1st month and sec of 300.00 to move in.

plenty of on st prkg. and off st during snow emergencys.
