Sir Elton John and David Furnish plan to celebrate their first 'wedding' anniversary with a romantic meal in Venice.
The couple - who threw a lavish, star-studded party when they tied the knot in a civil partnership ceremony last year - want to keep their anniversary low key with a romantic trip to Italy.
Elton told Britain's Heart radio station: "We're going to Venice for our anniversary to have a quiet dinner together.
It'll be lovely. The first year has gone so quickly. We feel great and very settled.
"
The 'Rocket Man' singer and his partner recently attended the wedding of 'Little Britain' star Matt Lucas and his partner Kevin McGee and said: "I think they're as happy as we are when we did it. They've been together for a long time and they looked like they were having the time of their lives.
