Firefighters were dispatched to the home at 1101 Noyes Ave. just before 6 a.m.
, Assistant Chief Greg Robbins said. Several other teenagers in the home at the time of the fire were able to escape.
Stephanie Dower, 19, said the teens had been sleeping over at the Tatman's house after gathering to watch the Bengals on Monday Night Football.
Dower said she was asleep when the fire started and was able to escape through a bedroom window.
Officials believe the fire started somewhere between the home's kitchen and garage, although they are unsure of the cause.
