Rachel Guerzo, a third generation vocalist and pianist from a long line of musicians, have been performing professionally since a young age of 16. If you have been a loyal jazz fan in Malaysia, you would have heard family names such as Soliano or Guerzo being mentioned a lot. That's because these two families, which are related have been one of the few families that has made an impact in the Malaysian Jazz scene since it began.It's safe to say that this lineage has brought forth many accomplished musicians and this can't be more true in Rachel Guerzo.
Notable achievements include, performing for Tun Dr. Mahathir and Tun Dr.Siti Hasmah during their 40th wedding anniversary, numerous jazz festivals, performing at various hotels and clubs in the Klang Valley such as Bankers Club, Shangri-La Hotel,Sheraton Imperial, Mandarin Oriental, The Westin Hotel and the list goes on. Her repertoire consist of tunes from the likes of Diana Krall, Frank Sinatra, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and many others.
