SAINT ANTHONY REHAB CENTER NETS AWARD: Saint Anthony Medical Center's Rehabilitation Institute has been named a winner of the prestigious national Press Ganey Compass Award for outstanding performance improvement.
The Compass Award recognizes health-care facilities with overall patient satisfaction scores that have shown the greatest improvement over the past two years in comparison to other facilities using the Press Ganey performance measurement program. Press Ganey is an independent research firm that measures patient satisfaction in the health care industry, with more than 7 million surveys conducted annually for its more than 7,000 health-care facilities clients. Saint Anthony Medical Center surveys its patients to monitor their levels of satisfaction with the care they receive.
