YOUNGSTERS in North Warwickshire want to see school facilities extended for community use, according to a survey.
North Warwickshire Borough Council asked consultants Inspace to carry out a survey of schools, parish councils and voluntary groups about playschemes, play areas, sports facilities and youth groups.
The survey was commissioned as part of a new play strategy.

Proposals for projects are now being invited so that bids can be submitted to The Big Lottery Fund to bring 200,000 into the borough.
Kirsty Lowrie of the borough council said: "The play strategy aims to promote a more coordinated approach to play provision and development.
"It should also attract funding into the borough so we can develop creative play opportunities for children and young people.

"
She would like comments to reach her by December 15.
Application forms for funding are available from Kirsty on 01827 719270.
