Raymond Enriquez of the Los Angeles The boy is named Osmar Cortez, according to a camera crew at the scene. He was treated for minor smoke inhalation at the scene, Enriquez said. There were no other injuries, he said.
The damage was estimated at $150,000, Savage said.
