The reward challenge involved rolling two tribe members in a barrel to collect buoys, then floating out to retrieve flags that had to be retuned to shore and raised. The Aitu tribe won the reward, which consisted of coffee, muffins, danishes, and letters from home. The Aitu tribe also won the right to select someone from the Raro tribe to go to Exile Island, and they selected their former tribe member Candice.
The immunity challenge involved using a glass bottom boat to drop cannon balls to hit a target to release buoys. The buoys then had to be used to solve a word puzzle. The Aitu tribe won the immunity challenge, sending the Raro tribe to tribal council.
