There's something about BlackBerrys. Unlike some other handhelds, there's no integrated signature capture screen.
But EchoSign is changing that.

Today, they've just announced a new electronic signature service that will be compatible with most newer BlackBerry devices.
In tests for several months, the service works when a BlackBerry user receiving an email or other document that needs a signature types in their name and initials. At that point, the user sends the message to an EchoSign server.


The server then forwards signed PDFs to each receipient.

" Probably as under the E-Sign Act they are deemed equivalent to written signatures. But if not, EchoSign also offers a written signature option where you fax back the signed document.
