Even though the name Sutton Pierce had not been confirmed publicly, father Kevin never contested it when asked about his new son in public while touring for his new album, Playing With Fire. On Thursday night, country singer Keith Urban checked into a rehab center with wife Nicole Kidman by his side, People exclusively reported. Urban released a statement the following day in which he stated, "I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me.
One can never let one's guard down on recovery and I am afraid I have." He also announced that he will postpone appearances promoting his upcoming album. Even though Urban did not note why he was seeking treatment, it should be noted that his song "You're Not My God," released in 2002 was about his battle with drug addiction.
Even though I highly dislike country music, I am praying hard for Urban to recover. My adoration for him comes from the fact that he got Kidman away from crazy Cruise. Good work, Keith!
