Despite the fact that the court once denied Nestorov bail, he attempted to get a release again and this time he was successful, after three-hour deliberations, reported.
The court doesn't believe that Nestorov may attempt to escape, so they were willing to let him out of jail for the time of the trial, but were worried that he may try to influence some of the witnesses, and hoped that a house arrest would stop him from doing that.

During the last court hearing, Nestorov's two accomplices Boris Balabanov and Lyubomir Kotsev on a bail of BGN 2,000.
The prosecution accuses Nestorov in organized criminal activity, in cooperation with traffic police officers. Under the scheme cars were imported and then were modified before customs duties are paid.
