Photojournalist LARRY BIRKHEAD has maintained he's the biological father of the baby since June (06), when he made Smith's pregnancy public.
After Smith's lawyer Stern was named as the father on Dannielynn's birth certificate in the Bahamas, Birkhead started legal proceedings against the model, demanding a DNA test to prove he is the natural dad.
Speaking to US TV show ENTERTAINMENT TONIGHT, Smith says, Howard is the father of her.
I think it's crazy. I mean, it's all over the world that somebody is the father of my child.
Smith gave birth to Dannielynn on 7 September (06) - just three days before her 20-year-old son DANIEL SMITH was found dead in her hospital room following a lethal combination of methadone and anti-depressants.
