We live at the edge of Savin Hill, on the Southie/Dorchester line in a family neighborhood. Quiet city living with ample free on-street parking. 10-minute walk to the JFK/U-Mass T station (Red Line) and the UMass Boston shuttle.
Less than 5-minute drive to I-93, 10-15 minute drive to downtown Boston, 10-15 minute drive to Braintree/Quincy. Less than 10 minutes, walking or driving, to Mass Ave. Bars, shops, restaurants, laundromats, gas stations and convenience stores all within a few blocks of the house.

* If you like throwing ragers or partying hard, you prefer to keep the mess and noise someplace other than home. * We don't really care if you're a professional or a student, as long as you remember to pay your rent on time, and are respectful, honest, responsible, intelligent, clean, pleasant to be around, and sometimes you'll want to hang out -- maybe have a few drinks -- on a weekend. $750 per month, tenant-at-will with 6 months' verbal commitment.
Year-round utilities (electric, gas, lightning-fast wireless Internet, cable TV -- includes premium channels) ARE INCLUDED in the rent!
