(RTTNews) - Japan Airlines Corp. (JALSY.PK) on Wednesday reported first half 2006 net profit of 1.

5 billion yen, compared to net loss of 12 billion yen in the previous year. The company's revenue in the first half increased 3.4% to 1.

15 trillion yen from 1.11 trillion yen on the same period last year. Looking ahead, the company lowered its fiscal year 2006 outlook, and now expects operating revenues to be 2.

28 trillion yen, compared to previous outlook of 2.30 trillion yen. Operating income forecast reduced to 13 billion yen from earlier expected 17 billion yen.

Further, the company said it continues to expect net income for the full year of 3 billion yen.
