S. headquarters, Neuman will report to Marc Cavaliere, Executive Vice President - North America. As Vice President, Sales-North America, Neuman will oversee a sales team in the U.
S., Canada and Mexico to ensure the achievement of revenue budgets through the maintenance, growth and introduction of profitable sales from travel agencies, consolidators, tour operators, cruise lines and corporate accounts. Todd`s considerable experience in developing business strategies to capture both leisure and corporate sales will add great value to this position`s responsibilities in managing and executing strategy for each segment category to ensure that collective sales are always optimized.
With over twenty years of professional experience in the travel industry, Neuman joins South African Airways from his most recent position as Director, Product Development for National Leisure Group (NLG), based in Woburn, Massachusetts. There he was responsible for the overall product development and management of wholesale vacation package products, including all airline and car rental supplier relations as well as hotel and destination services products in Florida and the Caribbean sold through private-label, consumer direct distribution channels. Prior to joining NLG, Neuman served over 22 years with US Airways in several management positions in the Sales and Marketing Departments.
During his tenure with US Airways, he was instrumental in developing the leisure programs to support the carrier s aggressive expansion in the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe. Neuman is a graduate of the University of Dubuque in Dubuque, Iowa, with a degree in Business and Aviation Administration.
