Date: 2006-10-20, 1:15PM EDT I just moved into a 3BR apartment that my friend owns. My friends live next door and it's really good to have neighbors I can trust. The apartment is fully furnished except the available room and office.
There's a futon in the office that needs to stay, but other than that, my roomate gets both rooms. The place is near 93, 213, and 495 so it's great for commuting to Lowell, Lawrence, or even Boston. We have wireless internet, a very large dining/living room, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, and back yard.
Off street parking available and plenty of street parking. I'm a laid back, 31yr old High School History Teacher. I prefer a professional or grad student for a roomate somewhere around my age (give or take a few of course).
I like to be friends with my roomate, but I don't have to hang out with them all the time. I look foward to hearing from people soon and showing the apartment.
