State Fair president Errol McKoy estimates that about 20,000 people mostly screaming preteens watched the free 3 p.m. concert.
Crowds began lining up as early as 2 a.m. to guarantee a good spot near the Chevrolet Main Stage to see the trio Kevin, Joe and Nick.
Traffic was snarled for miles near the fairgrounds on what was expected to be one of the busiest days of the fair this year.
