I do have a lot of respect for artists and I understand at one time the recording industry and a few current exceptions are working as initially intended. The times have changed the driving forces are still stuck in the same groove. These lawsuits and their mentality, in my humble opinion, are completely fueled by greed and gluttony.

When have the recording industry and companies ever fairly paid the artists or gave them their due respect. It is all smoke and mirrors. What have you done for me lately.

They are looking to make the money they couldn't steal from the consumers and artists and trying to keep the control of the industry as they have in the past. Artists are speaking out for themselves more and combining their voices to get what they should have received in the first place from the record companies. These executives would not even have their jobs if it wasn't for the artists, company employees and consumers.

Again these lawsuits are not to make a point, they are not to get money to the artists who actually worked for the music they are to keep themselves in the comfortable life they have created for themselves and to keep their 90% control of the industry. It's time to wake up, walk away from suing the consumers and fans and help provide a model that all can benefit.
