$1600 One ski share left in fun, outgoing house
We are looking for one additional share ( or 2 1/2 shares) to join our fun and out-going 30 something crowd. Since this is a new opening, it is possible to arrange 2 1/2 shares on the same rota if you are interested in joining with a friend. This share will be sharing with 2 females, so a female roommate would be ideal.900 half, 1600 full The house loves to go out and party at night and many of us make it to the mountain for early lifts, while some think they have done well if they make the mountain for lunch. We love to have a good time, but are respectful of our house mates and our house. We all hang out together and would like to find others that want to join in and be part of a communal house.
Newcomers always welcome. This is not a frat house, but definitely not a quiet one either. We are a very laid back group with house rules that can be summed up to "use common sense".
There are a good mix of skiers and riders of all abilities, so there is always someone around to take turns with. The house is located on the access road, single family, good access, clean with 7 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, lounge, dinning room, hot tub room, laundry, wireless internet.
No pets. Some mid-week use, but no live-ins. Season runs from Columbus day to Memorial day added bonus time for any hikers, mountain bikers or golfers.
