It wasn't an atypical weekend for Pete Doherty: He got to spend a night in jail after getting busted for drug possession.
The Babyshambles front man was nabbed by police in London after they pulled over his car and allegedly discovered marijuana and crack cocaine Saturday (May 5) night. The rocker, who's out on parole for a string of drug-related offenses too long to mention, spent the night in jail before being released.
It'll be a setback to his efforts to prove to the courts he's staying clean, though he's led a charmed existence so far in the courtroom. As recently as last month, it was revealed he still hadn't procured a clean drug test -- a condition of his probation -- since his last arrest ( ). He even went so far as to receive another implant to help him curb his cravings for the drugs last week ( ).
