I have 3 bedrooms available for December 1st in a 4 bedroom house in Winthrop. The house is two houses from the water, with a great ocean view. Two of the rooms are about 12 x 11 and the third is about 15x12 and there are two bathrooms with showers.
I have renovated the entire house, everything is brand new except one of the bathrooms. The work will be done by the end of November at which point you would move in. The house has hardwood floors throughout, a brand new kitchen and bathroom, new stainless steel appliances, a new plasma TV, and new furniture.
The available bedrooms will have brand new walls as well as new hardwood floors, recessed lighting, etc. I'm a 25 year old male, I teach high school full time and do a lot of house painting on the side to help pay the bills. I'm down to earth, enjoy sports and music.
I'm certainly not a party animal, but like to sit around and have a few drinks now and again, too. I go out to Boston a lot, have friends over once in a while. Basically I'm hoping to find some roommates who are sociable and will want to hang out once in a while.
I'm looking for people who want to sit around and watch the game on tv or want to hang out and grab dinner together sometimes. I'm used to living with my really good friends and having that sort of living situation, so it'd be nice to continue that to a degree at least. The house is about a 2 minute bus ride or a 10 minute walk to the T Station (Blue Line - Orient Heights) and a 10 minute drive into the city.
There is a new dishwasher, new washer and dryer, new gas grill, large front porch overlooking the water, and a driveway for off-street parking along with plenty of on-street parking.
