Date: 2006-10-20, 12:29PM EDT Hello. I'm looking to rent a bedroom in a two bedroom house.The bedroom has a full bathroom attached that is exclusive to this room. The house is right behind Johnny D's in Davis Sq. 20 second walk to the T.
Small yard in the back. I have an acoustic piano in the front room, all kitchen stuff and plenty of furniture. Tenant at will.
I already have a small dog so, no other pets. No work from home types. On-street parking.
I pay the electric, we'll split the gas/heat. W/D in basement. Nothing too fancy, the selling point to this room is the location.
