Washington, April 27 (ANI): A June trial date has been laid down for pop icon, Michael Jackson's multi-million pound monetary battle with cousin Damon Dash. Damon Dash, who owns Prescient Acquisition Group of Hackensack, has claimed that Jackson owes his company 48 million dollars.

At that time, Jackson, who is reportedly getting rid of his 2,700 acre Neverland estate to settle a debt of 200 million dollars, was fighting child molestation charges. "Many business people were unwilling to risk public association with a man who was then widely viewed as the world's most notorious pedophile," Dash's attorney, Steven Altman told the New York Daily News. But the Jackson's attorney Londell MCMillan is pleading his innocence, saying, "Michael is not going to be hijacked by the threat of fraudulent claims.

" It's still unclear if the troubled singer will appear in Judge Kevin Castel's courtroom in New York on 18 June.
