The house has a new bath, new kitchen, new heat, refinished floors, Complete Renovation / Whole House has Navaho White Walls / White trim /new windows, Direct TV High speed Internet, new insulation, new yard 1/2 acre private yard Plenty of off Street parking, I am on the road a lot so I may be home 3-4 days a week some weekends. Basically I am looking for a responsible, mature, quiet, clean, non smoker It is not a party house, no constant-visiting guests, no drugs either. Large park across the street I would like someone with a steady job.
More importantly, we click as house mates. It is cozy country living environment. Clean and organized, Your bedroom could be furnished with a dresser, TV computer table, lamp, rug and a bed mattress (of course, you may opt not to use them).
