Do You Want to See Paris Hilton go to Jail?
Paris Hilton pleaded no contest (guilty) to alcohol-related reckless driving in September and she got probation. In late February she got caught speeding down Sunset Blvd. . It was the she had been stopped while driving with a suspended license.
Violating such a probation as the one she agreed to was served could amount to 45 days in the hole.
Even though Paris found herself in some foreign situations while she and Nicole Richie were taping "The Simple Life", unless she can get away with paying the (because they allegedly let you have an iPod), if things go wrong for Ms. Hilton tomorrow when she meets the judge, this might be a summer she won't ever forget.
And certainly a one-up on Britney who seems to be hogging all the headlines lately.
Doc,
you first say "I wish there was something I could have done to help prevent this from happening to her" which gives us the (reasonable) impression that unless one adult wants to change their reckless behavior no other adult can truly prevent it.
but then you say, "Had I known the seriousness in this I would have tried to do something earlier," which means you think you know what would have stopped Paris Hilton from going to parties and acting like, well, Paris Hilton - which yes, includes drinking, doing drugs, having sex with a variety of people, and driving her expensive cars fast around town while impaired.
so which is it?
did you have the cure for Paris' ills or didnt you? and if you did, what was it.
likewise, you also praise the heiress for saving your church.
You say without her it wouldnt be here. But then you say for her to believe in God as He will protect her.
If God would protect Paris, why then would your church be non-existent without Paris?
If God can save a girl, why wouldn't he also be able to save a church? Don't you think that churches are more important to God than half naked millionaires high on drugs having unprotected sex with other millionaires? Which isn't to say that He wouldnt want to save both, but don't you think a Church is a tad higher on His to-do list than the woman with the best selling porn of all time?
Or are you saying that porn stars are more valuable to the Lord than churches?
Therefore, shouldnt you be saying that God saved your church by inspiring Paris to give you some of her (father's) money?
Greetings Tony.
!
I take it that your more a Paris Hilton critique than a fan! Why do I make such a statement?
Well frankly Tony, you have anger written all over you from your writings.
Perhaps the two of us see things differently. Nevertheless I understand your stated opinion on Pornography, because I feel somewhat the same,.
However, I know that jealous people are angry people and as a result have no problem as to justify their opinions based on how the media portrays celebrities.
Are you a friend of hers? (you probably are not or you would have mentioned it in retrospect to you writings.
) And if you are not Tony, than what is your sole purpose for writing to me? I however, will tell you that my sole purpose was not to debate issue’s regarding whose opinions are wrong, and whose opinions on Paris Hilton are right. I however just wanted to express my feelings about why the media portrays only negative sides of their lives, based on Paris Hilton going to Jail!
Don’t forget they (celebrities) are under constant scrutiny from people like you and the media. Ah ha, she dropped the coffee. Ooops, she just picked her nose, etc.
Get my point. Lets just wait for something wrong to happen so that we can blame him or her for human error or for inappropriate human behavior. I’m sure if one scrutinized hard enough, they will utterly love to find human error---even serious faults.
Guaranteed, they will find at least one thing to boast badly about that person being scrutinized.
But you don’t have any faults, you and I are perfect, right?.
Wrong! That is the problem with this world. And when God comes to judge, you can bet he will not find plenty of perfect human beings.
And do you know why? Because on the contrary Tony, in case you don’t know, you and the rest of us are not perfect.
I guarantee if I sent out 20 investigators to find something wrong with just any Joe, that between 1-20 OF THESE INVESTIGATORS WOULD conjure up SOMETHING.
Starting to get my point. Incidentally Tony, that is my purpose for making my statement. And again it was based on why celebrities are so often steadfast in securitizing faults of humans, especially when they perhaps do not know the real Paris, but just the Paris Hilton the media portrays.
Yes, she obviously screwed up, and is going to jail! But perhaps if the judge was not a Paris Hilton critique and instead was a true fan, than maybe I would not have been so compelled to state my opinion.
