It seems all but certain that Ashlee Simpson went under the knife to look like her older sister scale down some of her more robust facial features. She recently told Harper's Bazaar magazine for their May issue, "I loved how I looked. I'm not an insecure person, nor was I before .

Michael? Did he or didnt he? Pretty obvious and out of league with the other celebs in the list.
Looking at those 2 pics of Mike is almost like looking @ 2 diff people, but you can see it's the same guy (thank god). I dig Mike, I'm a big fan, but I'll never understand why he went and messed with his face like that. Sure, he can't help the Vitiligo, so he destroys all the melanocytes/pigmentation to avoid blotches, fine.
But the surgeries...
bad choice IMO. Jess Simpson is a pretty definite as well. The others?
Debatable. The lighting in those pics can have a strong effect.

Ok a lot of the people on this list did get some work done but some of them just grew up. Like Hilary Duff for example the picture from 2003 is definately going to look different from the more recent one. I mean really people just because the stars are growing up doesn't mean they went under the knife.

I believe with Christina Aguilera, it's just the angle of that shot...
I do think she got a boob job, though. Vince Neil looks like he just got fat. Gene Simmons looks like he did.
Jenna Jameson looks like a Wacko Jacko. Courtney Love, I believe, looks great, but, yes, she had some surgery..

15. So many of these pictures were like 10 - as far as 19 years apart so it makes it practically impossible to tell if it was surgery, age or some other intangible.
Steven Tyler wow I am so glad his daughter isn't the spittin image of daddy. And people try to say Dolly is all natural yeah I own all the money ever made in mankinds history.
