Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner has taken a break from the road in order to spend some time in rehab.

Singer Jacoby Shaddix revealed the truth about Buckner's reasons for departure to Launch Radio Networks, saying, "The best thing is for our friend to just get healthy, you know, get right. My boy D-Boy's just gotta do a little soul-searching. 'Cause I've been through that same shit myself, and I've been down that road and that whole nine and it's like, I know how miserable you could get.

" Until Buckner returns in June, Papa Roach has recruited Unwritten Law drummer Tony Palermo to fill in. Meanwhile, the band also plans to join Hinder and Buckcherry for the two-month Badboys Of Rock U.S.

tour, running from July to September. My Chemical Romance and Muse have had to cancel several dates on their current tour due to members of My Chemical Romance and people from Muse's crew being struck with serious food poisoning. The tour came to a halt on Sunday when everyone became violently ill after a show in Williamsburg, VA.

With multiple people scattered in hospitals between State College, PA and Columbus, OH, the bands were forced to cancel Sunday night's show in State College, PA and postpone the show in Columbus from Tuesday, May 1 to Wednesday, May 2, provided everyone has recovered. The show originally scheduled for May 2 in Pittsburgh has been cancelled. Fall Out Boy is planning a trip to Uganda in order to raise awareness about the human rights problems that are happening in the war-torn African country.

The band will visit Uganda in July. "The craziest thing I learned from working with people at [nonprofit organization] Invisible Children is that if we sent one senior policy advisor to Northern Uganda, the potential for ending the war there [increases]," FOB's Pete Wentz told MTV News. "And it hasn't happened.

If everyone writes in to their congressmen, it's something we can actually do." Invisible Children aims to provide education and economic opportunities to displaced children in Uganda who have been affected by the on-going civil war there. "The ultimate goal of Pete and Fall Out Boy going over in July is to raise awareness," said Invisible Children's Kenny Laubbacher.

"They want to show their support and get real relationships going.
