Suspender shorts? We can't even figure out what to call the look, much less want to wear it. (And don't get us started on Fergie's look we saw at justjared.

Who can actually say that they like their hair in the summer? As soon as the humidity rises, we find ourselves with a halo of hair hovering above our head.
