They're not hitched yet, but Beyonce and Jay-Z are ready to play house.
The couple checked out several cribs while vacationing in the Dominican Republic over the holidays. According to they visited Oscar de la Renta's Casa de Campo, a private community that features secluded beaches, police and fire departments and 20 swimming pools.

TMZ's biggest video of the year was Michael Richards' n-bomb heard round the world. Richards, famous for playing Cosmo Kramer on "Seinfeld,"
after some audience members started heckling the comedian's stand-up act. What came out of Richards' mouth was shocking and extremely profane, and led to the subsequent banning of the n-word from The Laugh Factory.
On a lighter note, 2006 saw the demise of Britney and K-Fed's marriage, and the unlikely pairing of the Britster with the one and only Paris Hilton. The two took Sin City by storm, with Spears partying so hard Hey, at least she has something covering her no-no special place!

With holiday picks like "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" and "A Charlie Brown Christmas," stars Beyonce Knowles, Jude Law, Flavor Flav and others have told TMZ what they'll be watching on Christmas morning.

Beyonce's not creating the supposed catfight with "Dreamgirls" costar Jennifer Hudson ndash; her daddy Matthew is.
As E!'s
, during the filming of "Dreamgirls," the ever-overbearing Matthew tried to sign Hudson as a management client, only to rebuffed by the former "American Idol" contestant.
Despite her rejection, Matthew went around telling people he'd been representing the breakout star.
What's more, after an early screening, both Matthew and B's mom (Tina) flipped over Hudson's screen time, arguing with writer/director Bill Condon that the flick needed to be recut and include more B and less J -- Condon refused.
Of course it's not the first time Matthew has gone ballistic over Beyonce.
Back in June, when TMZ of PETA confronting Beyonce over her fondness for fur, Matthew tried just about everything in his quiver to get it taken down. It didn't work.
