The on-again-off-again feud between Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan is officially over. For now, anyway. The two starlets who have been sparring for weeks (over a boy, of course) buried the hatchet and shared a $25,000 a night Sky Villa at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas this weekend.
“They reached out to each other,” a source close to the pair tells us. “They are happy to be friends again.”
The duo arrived by private jet on Saturday and joined James Franco, Regina King and Palms Casino owner George Maloof for a special 21st birthday party honoring actress Michelle Trachtenberg at Tao.
Around 11:00 pm, they headed across the street to Social House to munch on appetizers and sip pineapple juice before heading back for their most unlikely sleepover party.

Rumer Willis and Lindsay Lohan drove down Melrose together, puffing away at their cigarettes early yesterday afternoon.
The twosome stopped by Elixir Tonics Teas in West Hollywood, Calif. for drinks in Lindsay'’s Mercedes. Then Lindsay and Rumer shared an awkward kiss at the 21st Annual American Cinematheque Award event.
Have Rachel McAdams and Ryan Gosling rekindled their flame? The Notebook costars reportedly broke up this summer, but the native Canadians (both hail from Ontario) looked very much the happy couple on Sunday in Toronto, where they took their dog to the park.

McAdams, 30, recently finished shooting Marriage, a 1940s era drama about an adulterous man who plots to kill his wife to spare her the humiliation of a divorce.
While Nick Lachey denied he became an alcoholic, he admitted that he took to alcohol to numb his pain, after splitting from Jessica Simpson. The former '98 Degrees' frontman confessed to chat show host David Letterman that he tried to "drown his sorrows," when his now ex-wife told him she wanted a divorce last December.
"I definitely think you go through different phases and there's certainly a phase of, 'Oh, I don't care about anything - I'm going to throw myself into a little bit of booze and kind of numb the pain.
I went through a little bit of that and came out on the other side and still have some sobriety left," he added. Lachey also revealed he blames reality show 'Newlyweds' for the breakdown of his marriage.
"It was among the dumber ideas I think I've ever seen executed in history.
For a while, I think we actually enjoyed doing the show. It was just so invasive that it became a problem," he said. "It's one of those things where I think until you get enough hindsight and enough clarity and perspective, I don't think you can really know what happened, but, I certainly think it was probably a factor," he added.
Now that Avril, 22, is a Ford model, it looks like the former punk princess has a picture-perfect nose — and she may have had some help getting it! New York City–based plastic surgeon Dr. George Lefkovits thinks it’s likely Avril had a rhinoplasty — and a much-needed one at that.
“Her old nose was too short and bulbous,” he says. “The new nose has better balance and proportion. The tip is more refined.
”
But not to worry: Dr. Lefkovits assures that a rhinoplasty like Avril’s (approximate cost: $10,000) won’t affect the resonance of the singer’s voice. That’s good news for Avril, who’s currently recording her third album.
Brandon Davis appears to be running out of reserves. Though he made fun of Lindsay "Firecrotch" Lohan, scoffing that she "only" had $7 million, the grandson of supposed billionaire Marvin Davis bounced a $10,000 check he gave to "Girls Gone Wild" creator Joe Francis, and he's also said to owe record producer Scott Storch and The Palm casino owner George Maloof.
Other clues the Davis clan isn't as liquid as was believed: Brandon's aunt, Patty Davis Raynes, is suing the family for more inheritance; his grandmother, Barbara, sold the family's estate in Beverly Hills for close to $42 million; and sources say Nancy Davis (Brandon's mom) is quietly selling her Bel Air home for around $15 million.
Before Brandon told Page Six, "Fuck you," and hung up, he explained that his check had bounced because he was switching banks and that he'd paid Francis back in cash (which Francis denies). The check, a copy of which was obtained by Page Six, states it was refused for "insufficient funds." The family still has enough money for a spokesman, who told us, "There is no truth to these rumors.
" But he wouldn't comment on specific allegations.

A. is that the heir-head has been calling to arrange attendance at the Esquire Show House, a weeklong benefit for different charities, to be hosted by stars like Eva Longoria, Hugh Jackman and Joaquin Phoenix.
"She's been told not to come to the opening next Thursday," according to one insider, who says organizers "don't want her ‘type' there.
" The snub follows a similar policy at New York's Gramercy Park Hotel.
Country music singer and Dancing with the Stars contestant Sara Evans filed for divorce from her husband Craig Schelske on Thursday. Evans, 35, filed the papers in state court in Franklin, a Nashville suburb where the couple live with their three children, Avery, 7, Olivia, 3, and Audrey, 2.
They have been married since 1993.
"Her husband has had a long time porn problem. He's addicted to web porn and it's been a strong source of contention in their marriage,” a source behind the scenes at DWTS tells Us Weekly.
“She very recently found out that he had struck up a relationship with another woman he met on the Internet and began having an affair."
In the papers, Evans alleges that her husband committed adultery, was verbally and emotionally abusive, and drank excessively. She also says that he "frequently watches pornography" and has "at least 100 photographs” of him posing in a state of arousal, as well as "several photographs showing [Schelske] having sex with other women.
" Evans also attached details from Schelske's postings on CraigsList where he allegedly requests "three party sex and anal sex."
Evans is seeking child custody, possession of the Franklin home and child support.
