Description: 8-year-old Alexis Platt has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma (bone cancer), she has been going through chemotherapy since last fall and had her right leg amputated at the hip in January. Alexis has about 8 months of of chemotheraphy left.
The benefit concert is being held to help her family with the medical expenses. Her dad has left his job to help care for Alexis, and take her to Kansas City for her therapy. Her mom is expecting in early May.
Bands peforming include: Pastense, O-Shea Sisters, Schermata Nothing Much.
Ticekts are:
$10 per person or $12 at the door
$15 per couple or $17 at the door
$20 per family or $22 at the door
