This five-year old three-bedroom house is super convenient, minutes to Lincoln Peak via Inferno Road. Amenities include 6 person hot tub, wireless Internet access, satellite TV, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 2 full baths, ski storage, ample parking and a great sledding hill. We are a snowboarding/skiing family (2 kids under 5) looking for other people who ski/ride.
We want to provide our children with a fun atmosphere with people who truly enjoy winter sports. This is a great opportunity for a family who would like to join a share house or people who are not looking for the traditional singles ski house. Our share prices are reasonable.
We have based them on the room, not by person, to make it more affordable. We have several options for shares including full, half, and quarter shares. We have a whole room (2 full beds) available as either a half ($2,100) or quarter ($1,150) that would be comfortable for a family of four OR for people who want a little more room than the traditional share house.
