House is located on a private road across from Conservation land, accessible by T with parking available. Room is on sunny side of third floor has two windows (ac unit in summer) large walk in closet and a bed.
Bathroom on second floor is for renter and house guests. House is wireless. Share kitchen, washer/dryer and lovely landscaped garden.
