Eight-year-old Rosie Shaler was whisked away by the impressive car and its famous driver, Joliet Jake Blues.
The News teamed up with the Kings Theatre in Southsea to give the deserving youngster a treat after her battle against illness.
Sandra Smith, from the Kings Theatre, said: 'It was magical to see the look on her face.

With full flashing lights, the American-style police car pulled up outside Rosie's house in Hunter Road, Southsea, in front of her family.
Rosie, who was born with club feet, a cleft palate and a harelip, has spent a great deal of time in and out of the operating theatre.
In July, the Pompey-mad footie fan missed the chance to be a mascot during the World Cup because she was in hospital.

Her mum, Lizzie Shaler, said: 'At first she was a bit overwhelmed I think, but when she got into it she really enjoyed it.
