Haley Scarnato's version of Turn the Beat Around failed to turn her fortunes around. She was sent home Wednesday at the conclusion of American Idol's Latin week. Scarnato, who got higher marks for her skimpy stage attire than for singing, was joined in the bottom three by Phil Stacey and Chris Richardson.
A group sing opened the hour-long Latin lesson, with the eight finalists trying their hand at Bailamos. Later, guest mentor Jennifer Lopez sang her latest single amid a stageful of pyrotechnics.
